Valerie D. Brown, 73, died at 2:39 a.m. Friday, Feb. 7, 2025, at Elkhart General Hospital.
She was born Feb. 14, 1951. On Dec. 15, 1973, she married Abner Brown Jr., who survives.
She also is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Denise Newman; son, Ben Brown; daughter, Angie Peters; son, Nick Brown; daughter and son-in-law, Casey and Alex Dean; son, Alex Brown; son, Anthony Brown; 14 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Wakarusa, is handling arrangements.
